Fast check-in. Great location. The rooms are outdated. Its not a warm homey style. Its ugly. We couldnt sleep all week because the mattress suck. Horrible. Even with a mattress top, it sucked. I wouldnt go back till they had a new soft mattress. They were way too hard. If you are in a 1 bedroom, the kitchens are very small. Maintenance is friendly! Also you have to pay $15 for WiFi for a week which Ive never done staying at a resort/timeshare.

Things this year where very different!! I have been an owner for 30 years!! I have never had to to exchange my own dirty towels!! The new furniture was not comfortable. I had to get the bathroom sink fixed!! And the ceiling tiles where stained. They did replaced them!! I was very disappointed and the maintenance fee went up the most I have ever experienced!!

Front desk staff was great but the housekeeping needs more training on how to clean. First of all they dont clean the jetted tub properly (full of black mold in jets) cabinets had gunk sticking them together resulting in one of my freshly done manicured nails, and the dishwasher filter was full of gunk and chicken bone. Even after complaining they still didnt clean what I complained about.

Thus is a small and intimate resort. The entrance, at least the only one we saw, was hard to turn left on leaving to go somewhere. We had to find some place fast for my fathers funeral. And we took what we could get. It was nice qnd felt like home. While the kitchen was small we didnt have to use it so I cannot critique it. We really didnt stay Long enough to know if it was bad or good.

Horrible awful customer service, staff and policies. We were out of our room before checkout and had a carseat malfunction which took a few minutes to sort out. We were 2 minutes past checkout time handing the key over to the person and they wanted to charge a $50 late checkout fee. I explained we were out of the room several minutes before checkout and that we had an issue with our carseat in the parking lot. Guess who didnt care at all that we were out before checkout? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Decent if older units that feel like a converted apartment complex. They are decent as a place to crash for the evening with some attempts at seeming modern but definitely not luxury resort material or great for trying to truly live in during your stay. I would stay in them again if I couldnt find something else but would not go out of my way to stay there. Their biggest asset really is being so close to everything.

RV size kitchen. Large master suite with hot tub that didn t work and neither did overhead heater. Furniture dated. Below grade room looking at parking lot with a view of foothills. Good location during off season. Small flatscreen, old technology. Friendly staff. Amenities were across parking lot (indoor pool and sauna). Had to rent clubs to okay parking lot goofy golf Nearby activities: Short drive to activities , grocery stores and restaurants. Safety: Seemed very secure Food and drinks: None in sight or walkable Noteworthy details: Very old 80s old school time share. Looked like could have been medium grade apartments from 70s

Great resort! The rooms were spacious and clean and the whole resort was well maintained. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy was awesome he went above and beyond! Hope to be back soon!!

My wife and i have been here now about 6 years. We love everything about it. The staff is very helpful and there if you need them. The rooms while a little old are always clean and neat. There is plenty of room for our daughter and her children to join us. Whenever we visit the area, if it is not our week, we rent and stay here. the value and proximity to the sights and shopping is the best around. In short, We Love It

We checked in after hours and the maintenance person got us checked in very quickly. We had a nice stay at the Oakmont Resort. It was a small and cozy place. We really enjoyed our time there and the amenities it had. Wi-Fi was available for a $15 charge for the week. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom closet had a laundry basket, broom, mop, vacuum, iron and anything we might need during our stay. They had a schedule they provided for the week and offered local entertainment in-house at the resort just about everyday. On Monday they had several local businesses stop by the clubhouse who offered a description of their services and offered a nice discount if we chose to partake. We even got a little demo of their talents from comedy, short stories and even a musical performance! Rooms: The place seemed dated but the little apartment like place was cozy and clean. We had a 1 bedroom place, with a living room at the entrance, and had a small kitchen. Though it had everything needed to cook from all the a full size fridge, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, blender, etc. Nearby activities: Activities at the resort include an outdoor and indoor pool, kid pool, jacuzzi, club house with seating, games, a computer, kids play area, arcade, mini golf, a playground, and the office had DVDs that could be rented. The resort is also located around the corner from the old mill district and the transit center. There s a coffee shop across the street from the resort and a gas station behind there. The Island and all the tourist attractions were just a short drive away. Safety: It felt very safe and comfortable for our week long stay. Parking seemed to fill up quickly in the evening but we always had a parking spot.
